Disclaimer:  Above payouts are based upon full car fields.  Smaller fields will be paid according to the 2002 IDRC Rulebook.  Neither IDRC nor Bandimere Speedway is not responsible for typographical errors.  All payouts must be collected at the conclusion of the event.  Racer payouts not collected within 30 days after the conclusion of the event will be forfeited.

All "heads-up" drivers (Street and Quick) are required to be IDRC Members. Each time you are unable to present a valid membership card a penalty charge of $55 will be deducted from winnings for all "heads-up" racers and a full-membership charge of $55 and associated fees.

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

• Apparel, product, food, and drink sales are not permitted.  Sales of the mentioned items will be cause for removal from the event without refund.

• Alcohol may not be brought on to raceway property.

• Paint may not be used to mark anything on asphalt surface, fences, fence posts or buildings.

• Cars placed in the show may not move until the event is concluded.  Cars moved during the event will be disqualified from the car show without refund.

• The IDRC nor the raceway will not be responsible for the theft or damage of parts or personal items during or after the event.  Owner assumes all personal responsibly for his or her possessions on raceway property.

• The IDRC nor the raceway are not responsible for items you have purchased or traded at the event.  Please remember to check all items or parts you have acquired at the event.

• Wood blocks must be used under any jack stand.

• Rainout policy:  Once competition has started credit may only apply toward the next Movement One Car Show event.  If ballot counting has started no refunds or credits will apply, the show will finish as is.

• All IDRC and raceway policies will be enforced to govern this application.

• These policy, rules, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

• Tents and awning is permitted, but no staking or nailing is permitted.

• All car shoe judging of this event will be made through the counting of the Official Movement One Ballots.  All ballots will be collected at 2:30 PM on 09/22/2002.

• All car show and race winners will participate in a group picture if time permits.

  All car show prize and payouts must be collect at the conclusion of the event otherwise winner will forfeit all prizes and payouts.
