2002 IDRC National Program Overviews

 

Series Title Sponsorship

  • Highest Level Series Sponsorship

  • Sponsor’s logo headlines all four-color event advertisements

  • Logo or name identification in all print, radio or television advertisement

  • Every racecar entry will display a “series decal” on their vehicle.

  • Unlimited space for sponsor to display at events

  • Prominent banners at all event venues

  • P.A. announcements will amount to a minimum of 20 minutes per race.

  • Waived administration charge for contingency program

  • VIP care package (VIP passes, VIP parking, VIP suite usage…)

  • Title “name” recognition over event results and coverage by all media forms.

  • 30-second commercial placement on all televised events

 

Series “Presented By” Sponsorship

  • Second Highest Level Series Sponsorship

  • Sponsor’s logo displayed in all four-color event advertisement

  • Logo or name identification in all print, radio or television advertisement

  • Up to 60 X 20 booth space at all IDRC events

  • Up to 15 banners at all event venues

  • Up to 10 P.A. announcement at each event

  • Contingency program may be added at no extra charge

  • “Name” recognition over event results and coverage by all media forms.

  • Commercial placement on certain televised events

 

Class Title Sponsorships

  • Class sponsor receives exclusive or shared name association with an IDRC racing class

  • Logo or name identification in all forms of print advertisement

  • Up to 40 X 10 booth space at each IDRC event

  • All P.A. announcements pertaining to the sponsor’s class will include “sponsor identification”

  • Premium banner signage (up to 20 banners provided by sponsor)

  • Contingency program may be added at no extra charge

  • Sponsor identification in all print advertisement

 

Official Product Sponsorship

  • Sponsor will be known as “Official Product of the IDRC”

  • Special Official product logo will be designed for the sponsor to be used for all ads

  • Up to 10 P.A. announcement per event

  • Up to 30 X 10 booth at all IDRC events

  • Up to 10 – 15 banners displayed at each event

  • Contingency program may be added at no extra charge

  • Sponsor identification in all print advertisements

 

Corporate Contingency Program

  • Logo or name identification in all print advertisements

  • Up to 8 P.A. announcement per event

  • Up to 20 X 10 booth at all IDRC events

  • Up to 8 banners displayed at each event
