1999 IDRC East Coast Finals "The Best from the West Versus the Beasts from the East" Sunday, September 5th, 1999 Maple Grove Raceway, PA To all the racers & race fans that made their way out all the way to Maple Grove, we apologize. Hurricane Dennis didn't cooperate with us and decided to rain us out. We had to cancel the race and close the track due to the foul weather. We thought this would be a better option than charging people for admission and letting them in, and end up cancelling the race two hours later. Let's hope for some dry weather at next year's event.
