SR-1 TEAM DRAG CHALLENGE INFORMATION AND RULES

INFORMATION

1. All team vehicles must undergo raceway safety tech inspection (If you are participating in the SR-1, do not submit your tech to the raceway official - please see an IDRC official).

2. All team members must complete the SR-1 application and submit the form to the IDRC official with your tech cards.

3. You will receive additional windshield decals for the competition.

4. All teams MUST pre-register online or by telephone to qualify for competition. No teams will be added to the competition the day of the event.

5. A minimum of FOUR teams must be pre-registered and present at the event for the competition to take place.

COMPETITION RULES

1. All team member vehicles must have current registration.

2. Imports and domestic FWD sport compact vehicle may compete in this challenge (i.e. Ford Focus, Chevy Sunfire, or domestic FWD four cylinder vehicles)

3. This is a four vehicle team competition.

4. All vehicles must pass safety inspection at the raceway.

5. Vehicles may not have wheelie bars or tube frame chassis.

6. Tires specification: FWD vehicles may use all types of tires/slicks no wider than 10.5 inches in tread width; RWD/AWD vehicles may only use DOT tires/slicks of up to 335 section width.

7. The tree will be set for .400 pro tree on auto start.

8. This is heads-up racing.

9. Each team will earn points for each win during the competition; the two teams with the most points after the playoffs conclude will then face each other in the final eliminations round to determine the winner.

10. In the event of a team tie in the final round competition, each team will select one car for a final showdown.

11. All vehicles that participate in the SR-1 may race in the heads-up or bracket classes on Sunday.

12. Vehicles and drivers who do not meet the rules, policies, and conditions will be disqualified from the event without a refund.
