Our goal at importdrag.com and the IDRC is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and cost-effective. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on importdrag.com. Payment Methods. Importdrag.com or the IDRC accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. These include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Pricing and Availability. Tickets are sold online at the deepest discount level available. Purchasing through importdrag.com assures that you have purchased the lowest cost ticket possible. Tickets are also available at the gate. Since both on-line and gate sales access the same ticketing system and inventory, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. A confirmed purchase on importdrag.com or the IDRC assures a racer or spectator ticket for participation.
Order Confirmation. To know if your order has been processed please look for your confirmation e-mail with your order number and correct order charge. This confirmation will be sent to you within 2 to 3 business days. Sorry order received on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
Convenience and Handling Charges. Tickets purchased on importdrag.com or the IDRC are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order handling charge. These charges are included in the ticket price. If tickets are cancelled and credited, a 5% handling charge will be deducted from the credit.
Cancelled Events. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Importdrag.com makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and associated convenience charge (the per order 5% handling and shipping charges is not refundable) if applicable. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please make sure to include/provide your importdrag.com confirmation number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.
Refunds. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event selection. Policies set forth by our clients, venues and raceways prohibit the Importdrag.com from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased and the event has been completed. Orders made ten (10) days before the scheduled event are non-refundable under any circumstances. All refunds are subjected to a 5% surcharge of the purchase amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the IDRC is not responsible for incorrect information given by the customer. Rainout events will be credited toward a rain date or a future IDRC event (some special events may be excluded) whenever possible. The customer is responsible for their rainout credit and must confirmed with the IDRC within twenty (20) business days for his/her desired available event.
Exchange. Tickets purchased through Importdrag.com or the IDRC cannot be exchanged under any circumstance. Complete events tickets or purchases cannot be exchanged or credited.
Credit. All credit with Importdrag.com or the IDRC will expire within twelve (12) month from the invoice date of your original purchase. Credit not used within the time period will be null and voided.
Mail Out. All order mailed out will be sent through the United Parcel Service (UPS) and is available by ground or next day air service. Once you have received your order depending on your purchase please follow the instruction included with your. If you have questions please contact us at online@importdrag.com.
Will Call. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing. Tickets delivered through Will Call are typically available one hour prior to the event start time. You will need to present your IDRC confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase tickets, and picture identification. Will Call location vary from event to event, please be sure to review "Will Call" information VIA the importdrag.com confirmation e-mail. All "Will Call" must be picked-up before 11 AM at the designated area otherwise all tickets or purchases will be forfeited. Tickets or purchased not picked up from an event will be null and voided (no exchanges).
International Order Processing. If you are purchasing tickets outside the U.S. or Canada, you must place the order at least 10 days prior to the event and the tickets will be held in "Will Call" at the venue box office. You must provide an email address, along with a local telephone number where you can be contacted up to the day of the event. International orders are subject to a fulfillment fee and non-refundable. All prices quoted and charged are in U.S. currency.
Terms & Conditions. Apparel, food, and drink sales are not permitted at all IDRC venues and events. Sales of the mentioned items will be cause for removal from the event without refund. Alcohol beverages may not be brought into the event or raceway. The IDRC and the raceway will not be responsible for the theft or damage of parts or personal items during or after the event. Owner assumes all personal responsibly for his or her possessions on raceway property. The IDRC is not responsible for items you have purchased or traded at the event. Please remember to check all items or parts you have acquired at the event. All IDRC and raceway policies will be enforced to govern this application. These policy, rules, and conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing from Importdrag.com or the IDRC you have agreed to all the mention term and policies listed.
