POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

1. The parts swap is for individual private parties who wish to sell used parts.

2. The parts swap meet midway is not for retail stores, manufactures, or any businesses.

3. All engine parts (i.e. cylinder heads, short blocks, long blocks, transmissions, )and other related parts must have valid ID numbers visible otherwise sales of these items is not permitted.

4. Apparel, food, and drink sales are not permitted at all.  Sales of the mentioned items will be cause for removal from the event without refund.

5. Upon request if a customer demands proof of sale you must in good faith provided a personal receipt of the transaction.

6. The IDRC is not responsible for the theft or damage of parts or personal items at the event.  Owner assumes all personal responsibly for his or her possessions.

7. The IDRC is not responsible for items you have purchased or traded at the event.  Please remember to check all items or parts you have acquired at the event.

8. Upon signing the application you are in good faith admitting that all parts and items sold at this event are acquired through legal purchase or trade and not through illegal means.
